HRD Inc. has the following Actual Wage System taking into consideration the various directives issued by U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, etc.
Occupational Base Wage Rates. Occupational Base Wage Rates for all HRD employees, regardless of immigration and/or citizenship status, are set on an annual basis by reference to prevailing wage surveys published from time to time by the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics for persons having similar skills, responsibility and experience in the same occupation in the labor markets in which the HRD worker is employed.
In addition to the Occupational Base Wage Rate, all HRD employees who have recorded and been credited for their first 1000 hours of client fees are eligible to participate in HRD’s discretionary bonus program. At the close of each quarter, HRD will evaluate the contribution of each eligible employee to the profitability of the Project to which he or she was assigned in that quarter. Employees must be employed as of the date of distribution of the discretionary bonus in order to qualify for payment.
All employees receive the following benefits:
HEALTH & WELFARE: $1.73 an hour or $69.20 a week or $300.00 a month.
HOLIDAYS: A minimum of ten paid holidays per year. New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.(HRD Inc. may substitute for any of the named holidays another day off with pay in accordance with a plan communicated to the employees involved.)
